You may need approval before erecting or maintaining a sign on public or private land. Types of signs can include:

  • hoarding signs
  • inflatable or portable signs
  • roof, wall or window signs
  • for sale or lease signs.

In some cases, you will need to submit a Development Application (DA) and / or Building Permit in addition to this licence. Requirements vary depending on your local council.
