Two-Up Permit - Western Australia

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to conduct games of two-up.

A permit may be issued to race clubs, and other charitable sporting organisations provided the club or organisation is located outside of a 100km radius of the Burswood Casino.

Please note that conducting games of two-up for private gain or as a commercial undertaking is prohibited. If you intend to donate money raised to a charity or other community organisation, that charity or community organisation will also have to advise the Agency on what the use of funds will be.
