Waste Management Auditor - Western Australia

Description

You will need this approval if you intend to operate as an auditor for the control or management of premises on which waste is deposited or stored. An auditor is needed to conduct an inspection and report to the Agency on the:

  • composition or quantity of waste deposited or stored on the premises
  • risk to people, property or the environment from that waste
  • safety of the premises.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this approval you must:

  • hold the relevant qualifications and experience appropriate to conduct a waste audit
  • have no affiliation to the premises where the audit is to be conducted
  • be able to conduct the audit and to prepare a report based on the directions of the Agency.
