Approval for Non-Complying Event - Western Australia

Description

You will require this approval if you intend to conduct an event with non-complying noise levels on any premises. You must notify the Council and obtain their acknowledgement of this event. A sign must be placed in a prominent location notifying those outside the premises of the non-complying noise levels.

Events that might be covered by this approval include sporting, cultural or entertainment events.
