Approval of a Noise Management Plan - Construction - Western Australia

Description

You will require this approval if you intend to undertake construction work that will exceed the allowable level of noise. Construction work means the erection, installation, maintenance or demolition of any building or structure. An allowable level of noise is determined by an inspector.

Preparing and submitting a noise management plan, and having it approved by the Council, allows construction work to be carried out at the times that are set out in the noise management plan.
