Approval of a Noise Management Plan - Motor Sport Venue - Western Australia

Description

If you intend to operate a motor sport venue, you must apply to the Council for approval of a noise management plan. Motor sport venues are any premises approved or recognised by a motor sport organisation as places where racing activities may be conducted.

The noise management plan must set out matters such as the times at which racing activities will be conducted, measures that will be implemented to control noise emissions, and the people responsible for implementing the plan.

The noise management plan authorises you to hold racing activities as set out in the plan.
