Australian Standard AS 1485: Safety and Health in Workrooms in Educational Establishments - Western Australia

Description

You will be required to comply with this standard if you intend to operate school or other place of public instruction.

Every electrical installation in a workroom must comply with this standard. This includes workrooms with metal working and woodworking machinery, forging, welding, casting, automotive engineering, the use of ancillary plant and equipment, graphic arts processes and catering facilities.
