Licence to Take Dangerous Fauna - Western Australia

Description

You will require this licence if you intend to take and / or release dangerous fauna, such as venomous snakes in Western Australia. To take means to kill, capture or harm. Fauna means any animal indigenous to Australia, and any animal that periodically migrates to and lives in Australia and includes any animal declared to be fauna by the Agency.

Your licence may specify among other things the number and species of fauna which may be taken; by whom, where, when and in what manner the fauna may be taken.
