Permit to Erect a Building or Infrastructure on Local Government Property - Western Australia

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to construct a building or install infrastructure on local government property. Infrastructure covered by this permit includes any structure used for the purpose of the supply of water, power, telecommunications, or other services (including infrastructure located above or below the land, such as pipes, drains and telephone lines). Buildings covered include refuelling stations (petrol stations) and any other structure.

Local government property includes any land belonging to the Council. This permit may cover situations where your proposed construction would encroach onto a thoroughfare, verge, reserve or other land under Council control.
