Real Estate and Business Agent Licence (Individual) - Western Australia

Description

You will require this licence if you intend to buy, sell, lease or manage real estate or a business on behalf of a vendor, landlord, purchaser or tenant in Western Australia.

A real estate licence is continuous, and does not require renewal. However, if you successfully obtain a licence, you will be granted a triennial certificate which entitles you to carry on the business of an agent for three years. If you intend to continue to practice at the end of the three year period, you must renew your triennial certificate.
