Description

You will require this registration if you intend to carry on a business as a limited partnership. A limited partnership is composed of general partners and limited partners. It must not have no more than 20 general partners (unless otherwise specified in corporations law) but can have any number of limited partners. Matters connected to the operation of a limited partnership will be decided by a majority of the general partners.
