Stallholder's Licence - Western Australia

Description

You will require this licence to set up and conduct a stall, whether in a public place or on private land. A stall can be a movable or temporarily fixed structure, a stand or a table, in, on or from which goods, wares, merchandise or services are sold, hired or offered for sale or hire.

Public places include any properties owned by the Council, as well as any place that the public have a right of access. This includes streets, thoroughfares, and parks.
