A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this licence you must submit a completed and signed application form providing:

  • Details about your intended drinking water utility;
  • Details about the premises that you intend to operate your drinking water utility on; and
  • A detailed sketch plan showing the layout of all fixtures, fittings, appliances and any other equipment to be installed on the premises
