AS 2187.1-1998 Explosives - Storage, Transport and Use - Australian Capital Territory

Description

You must comply with the requirements listed in this standard if you intend to store or use explosives. You will need to comply with the separation distances for the safe storage of explosives.
This standard specifies requirements for the storage of explosives including pyrotechnics, and for the location, design, construction and maintenance of magazines. It applies to portable magazines, relocatable magazines, fixed or permanent magazines, bulk storage and underground storage. It does not apply to the storage of explosives and explosive ordnance for defence purposes which comply with the Defence Explosives Manual.
