Works Approval - AG - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this approval if you intend to erect or modify any buildings or structures on National Land in Canberra.

Common types of work that require this approval include:

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

To be eligible for this approval, you must provide:

evidence of appropriate public liability insurance
a copy of your approved ACT Government Application to Use a Public Place form, if required for the location
a map showing the structures on the site.
