You will require this approval if you intend to export regulated dairy produce to regulated dairy markets. Dairy produce includes:

  • milk
  • cream
  • condensed milk
  • other products made from or containing milk or a constituent part of milk.

Regulated dairy markets refer to domestic and international dairy markets to which Australian farmers and companies trade and / or sell their products in, such as the United States or countries in the European Union.
