Service summary

If you are a telecommunications carrier service provider you must register with this scheme. Telecommunication carrier service providers provide the following services:

  • A standard telephone service, where any of the customers are residential or small business customers;
  • A public mobile telecommunications service; or
  • A carriage service that enables an end user to access the Internet.

Carriage service intermediaries who arrange for the supply of any of these services qualify as eligible carriage service providers.
