You will need this approval if you intend to install a manufactured home, moveable dwelling, or other similar structure on land.

A manufactured home is a prefabricated dwelling consisting of sections that are typically constructed and assembled in a different location from where they are erected. A manufactured home must include at least one bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and laundry facility.

A moveable dwelling is any tent, caravan, van or other portable structure used for human habitation.

An associated structure is any carport, shed, verandah or other structure designed to enhance a moveable dwelling.
