Description

You will need this approval to organise or conduct a punters' club at a race meeting. A punters' club is a club or group of people who contribute money to a pool, for the purposes of betting that money with a totalizator or a licensed bookmaker.

You will not require this approval if you intend to conduct a punters' club on a purely social basis.
