Prohibited Weapons - Overseas Competitor Permit - New South Wales

Description

You will require this permit if you are from overseas (outside of Australia) and you intend to visit NSW for the purpose of participating in a competition involving prohibited weapons. The competition must be conducted by an approved sporting organisation. Please refer to the Schedule 1 Prohibited Weapons document for a full list of prohibited weapons in NSW.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this permit, you must not be a resident of Australia and intend to visit NSW for competition purposes.

Duration

The permit issue date will be one day prior to your arrival in NSW and the permit will expire the date of your departure from NSW. The permit can be issued to you either before arrival in NSW or after arrival.
