Service summary

This certificate is required in order to register a premise to be used for the manufacture of scheduled poisons. These are poisons which require special precautions because of their hazardous or poisonous nature, or restricted access such as narcotics.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.


Up to 36 months on anniversary of application.


Application fee: $57 (50 Revenue units)
Licence fee: $115 per year (100 revenue units)
2017-18 Revenue unit = $1.15.
