Notification of high risk work class assessment - Queensland

Description

You must notify Workplace Health and Safety Queensland (WHSQ) via the online notification process at least three (3) business days prior to any HRW licence assessment, including reassessment. The period includes the day of notification, and excludes the assessment day (e.g. to conduct an assessment on Thursday, notification will need to be made on Monday).

A separate notification is required for each of the knowledge, calculations and performance assessments if they are conducted on nonconsecutive days.

Details of any site specific requirements are to be included such as induction, personal protection equipment (PPE), etc.
