An instant lottery licence authorises the sale of Beer Tickets, Instant Bingo tickets and other approved forms of Instant Lottery Tickets by associates. Instant lottery tickets must only be purchased from a licensed supplier of instant lottery tickets.
A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
Only associations can conduct instant lotteries. An instant lottery may only be conducted to raise funds for an approved purpose.
