Commercial Tour Operator Licence - South Australia

Service summary

Any company, organisation or individual proposing to undertake a commercial activity within a South Australian national park or reserve for fee or reward including providing tours, instructional or educational courses and leisure activities, requires a Commercial Tour Operator licence.

Note: Licences are also required for commercial tours undertaken in wilderness protection areas or zones

Eligibility requirements

Tour operators must have current public liability insurance in the sum of $10 million and must meet all transport accreditation criteria.
