Licence to Carry Out High Risk Work - South Australia

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to carry out high risk work. There are different classes of high risk work, including:

  • scaffolding work
  • dogging and rigging work
  • crane and hoist operation
  • reach stackers
  • forklift operation
  • pressure equipment operation.

You may apply for a licence to carry out one or more classes of high risk work.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible, you must:

  • be 18 or older
  • hold the relevant qualification for the class of high risk work you intend to undertake
  • provide evidence of your identity, a copy of your certification to undertake high risk work and any other information or documentation required by the Agency
  • be able to use English at a level that enables the safe performance of high risk work.
