Service summary

You will require this permit if you intend to:

  • Remove any article deposited at a waste management facility;
  • Interfere with any materials, plant or equipment at a waste management facility; or
  • Remove off-cuts of wood or trees from a waste management facility.

A waste management facility includes:

  • Refuse disposal areas;
  • Recycling centres; and
  • Resource recovery facilities.
