You will require this permit if you operate a licensed premises and intend to supply alcohol at any time between midnight and 5.00am on any day. This permit authorises the sale of alcohol on the premises between specified times and subject to conditions specified in the permit.
If attained, you must display this permit at all times.
The Agency will not grant this permit unless satisfied that the sale of alcohol will not cause undue annoyance, disturbance, or the occurrence of disorderly conduct in the surrounding area.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
To be eligible to apply for this permit you must apply to the Agency on the approved form, supply any documentation at their request and pay the fee.
The permit will only be issued to the person who applies on behalf of the licensed business premises. General, on, off and club liquor licence holders are able to apply.
