Notification of Excavation Near the Abt Railway - Tasmania

Description

You will need to notify the Abt Railway Ministerial Corporation if you intend to conduct an excavation of land within five metres of any railway track that is a part of the Abt Railway system. The Ministerial Corporation is created under the legislation.

You must make this notification within 48 hours before doing the excavation.
