Notification of Excavation Near the Abt Railway - Tasmania

Service summary

You will be required to notify the Abt Railway Ministerial Corporation if you intend to conduct an excavation of land within five metres of any railway track that is a part of the Abt Railway system. The Ministerial Corporation is created under the legislation.

This notification must be made within 48 hours before doing the excavation.
