Fishing Licence (Commercial Dive) - Tasmania

Service summary

You will require this licence if you intend to dive for controlled fish or other fish. For example, this licence is required to dive for abalone, rock lobster, scallops, giant crab, scalefish, shellfish, seaweed, bull kelp or undaria. You must be the holder or a supervisor of a fishing licence (commercial dive) for each species.

Seasonal or catch restrictions may apply to this licence. You may not hold more than 3 fishing licences (commercial dive) at any one time.

Also, be aware that not more than 55 of these licences will be in force at any one time. Please consult the Contact Officer for more information.
