You will require this permit if you intend to conduct a commercial business that involves walking or exercising an animal on Council land or in public areas.
Whilst conducting your business, you must limit yourself to a maximum of four animals per person and be carrying a valid permit. All animals being walked or exercised must be kept under control by their handler.
