Fitness Industry Code of Practice - Western Australia

Service summary

You will be required to comply with this code if you intend to be provide fitness services.

This code aims to increase public confidence in fitness centres and other fitness suppliers by establishing mandatory standards of conduct across the industry. It applies to owners and franchisees of fitness

centres, and parts of it apply to

personal trainers, fitness trainers and

fitness instructors.
