You will require this licence for the following gaming equipment:
- bingo cards for permitted bingo and continuing lottery tickets
- video lottery terminals
- gaming tables used for playing games authorised by a permit.
You may apply for the licence in any of the following categories:
- sale or supply of bingo and continuing lottery tickets
- sale, supply, maintenance or repair of tables and equipment used in table games
- sale or supply of video lottery terminals
- maintain or repair video lottery terminals
- owner operator - video lottery terminals.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
To be eligible for this licence you must:
- provide any information required by the Agency
- submit the required forms
- pay the required fees.
All applicants for a certificate to maintain / repair video lottery terminals must hold a current Restricted Electrical Licence in Communications and Computing Equipment issued by the Office of Energy.
