You will require this approval if you intend to conduct a betting operation that places bets with persons outside Western Australia on racing or sporting events conducted within Australia. You will not require this approval if you are licensed as a bookmaker within Western Australia or another Australian State or Territory.
You will also require approval if you intend to publish Western Australian race fields in the course of an offshore betting operation.
