You will need to enter an agreement with the Minister before undertaking commercial activities within a lake area. Commercial activities include, but are not limited to:
- selling items such as food and drinks
- hiring out bicycles and boats
- transporting passengers by boat or horse
- carrying on the business of boat repair.
Lake area means the lake waters, the foreshores of the lake, and the islands (if any) in the lake.
