Description

You will need this approval if you intend to provide vocational rehabilitation to injured workers in the ACT. Vocational rehabilitation providers are an independent party, with which the injured worker may liaise and negotiate with everyone involved in the worker's rehabilitation.

Vocational rehabilitation means:

  • assessment of the needs of the worker during the rehabilitation process
  • the provision of services for the injured worker aimed at maintaining them in suitable employment or returning them to suitable employment after and during an injury.
