Approval of a Community Title Scheme - Australian Capital Territory


You will need to apply for this approval to develop land and create community title schemes. A community title scheme is where two or more separately owned lots share at least one communal space / amenities lot that is jointly maintained by the owners through a body corporate. Community Title Schemes may include undeveloped, partially developed and fully developed land. A community title scheme must involve land that is subdivided into a minimum of three leases, one of which is common property.
