Description

You will be required to apply for this approval if you intend to develop land and create community title schemes. A community title scheme is where a number of individual blocks share another block that provides access to each block such as a road and / or may also include other common property blocks such as a park or community hall. Community Title Schemes may include undeveloped, partially developed and fully developed land. A community title scheme must involve land that is subdivided into a minimum of three leases, one of which is common property.
