Australian Explosives Code - Australian Capital Territory

Description

You must comply with the requirements of this code if you intend to move explosives within the Australian Capital Territory in a vehicle.

This code sets out the requirements which apply to the transport of class 1 explosives by road and rail in Australia. This code does not apply to the transport of explosives by sea or the carriage of explosives by air.
