You will need this authorisation if you intend to use a power boat on a lake. A power boat is a boat propelled by mechanical power and includes a boat under both power and sail.

An authorisation may be granted:

  • to a sports club for the purpose of training or competing in an aquatic sport
  • for other any other purpose approved by the Agency.
