Description

You must comply with these standards if you are licensed to provide childcare services in the Australian Capital Territory.

The standards outline the mandatory standards for childcare services in regards to:

  • core operating procedures
  • centre based care
  • school age care
  • family day care
  • play schools
  • independent preschools

Please note that there are also standards under the national system which need your compliance.
