Children and Young People (Employment) Standards - Australian Capital Territory

Description

You must comply with this standard if you operate a business in the Australian Capital Territory and you intend to employ people that are under the age of eighteen. The standards are split into two sections:

  • a section that applies to all children and young people under the age of eighteen
  • a section that only applies to children and young people under the age of fifteen.
