Commercial Liquor Permit - Australian Capital Territory


You will need this permit if you intend to supply a limited amount of alcohol at an event on unlicensed premises. The purpose of this permit is to allow for the sale of alcohol at infrequent, irregular events which occur over a short time frame. This permit allows the sale of liquor:

  • at a single permitted premises
  • of a retail value not exceeding the value stated in the permit
  • at the event stated in the permit
  • at the permitted times.
