You can apply for this registration if you intend to provide community housing and associated services to people on low incomes. Providers are not obliged to register, but registration may be a precondition of funding or assistance for jurisdictional policy and funding agencies.
There are three tiers of registration:
- tier 1 - providers face the highest level of performance requirements and regulatory engagement
- tier 2 - providers face an intermediate level of performance requirements and regulatory engagement
- tier 3 - providers face a lower level of performance requirements and engagement.
