Description

You will need this licence if you intend to operate a community pharmacy in the Australian Capital Territory.

You will not need this licence if you operate a pharmacy in any of the following institutions:

  • a hospital
  • a residential aged care facility
  • a residential disability care facility
  • any institution used for the accommodation, treatment and care of people suffering from mental or physical conditions.
