Composite Entity Firearms Licence - Australian Capital Territory

Description

You will need this licence if you are a composite entity and intend to possess firearms. A composite entity is a body corporate, partnership or a government agency. Only principals of an organisation are permitted to submit this type of application; principals include the executive officer of a corporation or a head of the Agency.

This licence may be issued for category A, B, C, D and H firearms, it does not include collectors and heirlooms.

  • be a principal of the composite entity and provide evidence of this identity

  • be judged to be a competent, fit and proper person by the Agency.
