Electrician Licence - Australian Capital Territory

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to perform electrical work on any type of premises. There are two main categories of electrician licences:

  • unrestricted electrician licence
  • restricted electrician licence.

If you lack the necessary qualifications for a licence, an Electrotechnology Systems Permit may be issued to authorise wiring work under direct supervision of a fully licensed electrician.
