Electronic Lodgment Network Operator Approval - Australian Capital Territory

Description

You will need this approval if you intend to act as an Electronic Lodgment Network Operator (ELNO). An ELNO operates an Electronic Lodgment Network (ELN). An ELN enables conveyancing transactions, such as registry instruments, funds settlement, and instrument lodging, to occur electronically with your land registry office.

You must be approved by the Registrar of each state and territory you plan to operate in.
