Food Safety Management Tools - Australian Capital Territory


If you are a food service, catering and related retail business, you will need to meet new Australia-wide rules under Standard 3.2.2A of the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code. This requires you to have 3 food safety management tools:

  • Food Safety Supervisors
  • Food Handler Training
  • Food Safety Records.

The new rules aim to support food businesses to better manage food safety.
