Gambling and Racing Control Code of Practice - Australian Capital Territory

Description

You must comply with this code if you are licensed to provide a gambling or gaming related service in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). The code provides the minimum standards for required training and the provision of gambling services in the ACT. If you are approved to conduct one of the following activities, you are considered to provide a gambling or gaming related service:

  • gaming machine licence holder
  • casino licence holder
  • race bookmaker
  • race bookmakers agent
  • sports bookmaker
  • sports bookmakers agent
  • totalisator licence holder
  • person authorised to conduct lotteries, schemes or competitions (except calcuttas, raffles or tipping competitions).
