  • use / operate a radiation source
  • manufacture a radiation source
  • possess a radiation source
  • service / maintain a radiation source
  • install a radiation source
  • test a radiation source
  • supply a radiation source to someone else
  • dispose of a radiation source
  • store, transport or pack radioactive material.

  • the qualifications of people proposed to be dealing with the radiation source
  • proposed procedures for handling, use or storage of the radiation source
  • a proposed safety plan for dealings under the licence.

Additional information

You may not need this licence if you are an undergraduate or postgraduate student who is undertaking course work or research in radiation at a university, or other education institution.
