Licence to Store Explosives - Australian Capital Territory

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to store, pack, receive, possess, transport or otherwise have custody or control of an explosive in the course of trade or commerce. This licence is not transferable. As the holder of this licence, you will be in control of:

  • any handling of the explosive
  • the premises where the explosive is stored
  • any associated plant or system
  • any associated activity.
